Team Day at Lake Meadows Park
At SES, we know that great teamwork doesn’t just happen in the workplace, it’s also built through shared experiences, laughter, and a little healthy competition. That’s why we recently hosted a Team Day at Lake Meadows Park in Billericay, Essex.
The day was all about connection and celebrating the people who make SES a great place to work. The team kicked things off with a few lively games of Rounders, that brought out everyone’s competitive and playful side. With plenty of action, cheering, and maybe a few dramatic dives to the base, the games were a hit with everyone involved.
The team also enjoyed a relaxed picnic in the park, complete with good food, great conversation, and plenty of sunshine. The team were able to connect with colleagues outside of the usual work environment, and simply enjoy each other’s company.
These kinds of moments, are part of what makes SES unique. They give us a chance to celebrate our culture, strengthen relationships, and return to work recharged and refreshed.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped plan the day and to the whole team for bringing such great energy. We’re already looking forward to the next one.
